Dieses Leben

On tuesday evening I really cleaned the flat and it took the whole evening. But afterwards I was quite satisfied with the result. For avoiding new dirt I did only it one of Basti's polish instant soups. I planned to clean my own room at the next day after my mornings lesson. But suprisingly there was a afterparty of a few hours in my flat during the night (I did not participate in person, but I could hear every word). Therefore I missed the alarm-clock and the lesson. Instead I cleaned the flat (again), got rid of the smell of alcohol and had my inspection at 3pm. This time the inspector had nothing to complain. I staid the rest of the wednesday at the living room trying to avoid working on my seminar presentation. But I could not escape. At 2am I slept. On thursday the seminar itself was senseless, I think. I guess, nobody understood what the other was talking about. The problem was, that we had to talk about business topics, but we are all computer scientists, so we do not understand the background of our topic. We can repeat what we have read in books, but we cannot explain it. I don't know how financial markest are working. What is a public traded company? Connection between stock, hedge, discount, interest and risk-free rate? I have no idea. Worst of all: we have one week for reading all seminar papers (there are just 7) for being prepared for the home exam. This term is not funny anymore.
After the seminar I hurried for getting my keys and for moving the most important stuff before the salsa lesson. And now, I really live at 16B. I spent my first night in my new room. It is small. But I like it. You get more sense for details in such a compressed and empty environment. Salsa was great again. Learning everything again is really good for me. First, I can help others with the step. Second, because I know the steps earlier than others, I can improve my leading skill, which usually does not exist. After salsa I went back to 20A for fetching the most important stuff. Before I left to 16B Philipp came over and we made some pictures for his thesis-applications. As Gema would say "He's best".
At the moment I still have some things at 20A, but I will take them tomorrow. The new flat hides some dangers. The worst of all was even my own idea: a television. The greatest danger for wasting time. But a chance for improving my english and swedish.

I will survive

Wow. I did it! I survived surströmming! At least it tastes better than it smells, but that's not difficult. I don't need that taste again in my life. Bäh.... But from the beginning: they day started with practicing for the surströmming-party. My group trained a pantomimic performance. Every group had to present their results from their surströmming-investigation. The first group presented a Talk-Show, the second was my own group, the third had a very funny surströming-commercial performance, the fourth has covered the beautiful song " Vem vet " (engl.: Who knows) to " Vem äter " (engl.: Who eats) and the last made a TV-Show. It was a great fun. After the introduction we were seperated into groups again to prepare the party. I decided to help the entertainmentgroup. We exercised a song, almost one hour. After that, Nicola and i decided to make a few scetches as serving couple. Because of this we went back to the hostel to change our dress, but when we returne...

För den jag är

Unbelievable. Anna is already since 10 days gone. Or is it only 10 days? I lost my feeling for time. Everyday is full of experiences and activities. I cannot recall everything what I have done in the past two weeks. Many things are just small things which I appreciate a lot. But the last weekend was a highlight. We went with 12 people in three cars to a place called Vallbo near Åre. We started at half past 6 in the morning on Saturday. Although some of us did not sleep at all during the fromer night we walked almost 8 hours. And it was awesome. We walked through so many different landscapes. Wood, swamp, high gras, Tundra, stone desert, climbed up a mountain, walked crosswards through the wood, on a dead river... Overwhelming. I remembered pictures of New Zealand while we wandered through that panorama. The view was breathtaking. The weather changed quickly a few times. One we had even an ice shower. In the end of the day we stayed for dinner at a pension where we got selfmade soup, b...
