Motivation Proclamation

While I unsuccesfully tried the whole saturday to rest a little bit for being prepared for another party night, I decided in the evening, I would not need any rest. The best is going out. You can sleep afterwards well in every case. According to rumors there shall be rock music on saturdays at Liquidbar. Therefore we went to Liquid, but they had just the common everywhere music that's why we finally stopped at Skeppsbrokällaren. Confidently conquered the french the VIP-room and we spent two nice hours there, drinking beer and listening to the music.
Sunday morning started with a huge suprise. Not my alarm clock but my mobile woke me up half past 10am, because I received a phone call from Méjico! Muchas gracias y besos, pequeña amiga! After this waking up the day just had to become good. At 12 Ulrich, Jonny, Nawelle and I wandered to Klissberget. It was now my third try reaching this mountain. But this time we had no snow and no lack of daylight, so we made it easily to the top after tight marsh. Although we had started in a good summer weather, the sky had become cloudy during our journey. At the top welcomed us a harsh wind and we really just baked our barbeque und went down to Nacksta again. I made some pictures, which you can find at my webalbum.
This monday was relatively succesfull. I started with my article and were able to write a little bit more than one page. If I go on like this, I will be finished within the deadline. Because I reference to "limited rationality" I borrowed the book I cursed last november. Moreover, I read a few pages other books I had condemned over the first semester. Now, while I have to read them almost voluntarily I recognize the information in the text. I know which paragraphs I can easily skip and where I can find the resource I am looking for. Nice. I never thought I could get some clue in this. I hope, I will be able to learn expert systems far quicker when I come to explain those in my article.
The weather is great again and according to the forecast it will become pretty warm over the week. I hope so. No so good for the article. But better for myself. According to Rueben I look like I could need some sleep. But I won't sleep if the sun shines so beautiful. Anyway, sleep also depends on its quality which does not seem to be appropriate at the moment. But I guess a cappuccino on the balconey during the sunset will soon do it's best to make me feel comfortable.

I will survive

Wow. I did it! I survived surströmming! At least it tastes better than it smells, but that's not difficult. I don't need that taste again in my life. Bäh.... But from the beginning: they day started with practicing for the surströmming-party. My group trained a pantomimic performance. Every group had to present their results from their surströmming-investigation. The first group presented a Talk-Show, the second was my own group, the third had a very funny surströming-commercial performance, the fourth has covered the beautiful song " Vem vet " (engl.: Who knows) to " Vem äter " (engl.: Who eats) and the last made a TV-Show. It was a great fun. After the introduction we were seperated into groups again to prepare the party. I decided to help the entertainmentgroup. We exercised a song, almost one hour. After that, Nicola and i decided to make a few scetches as serving couple. Because of this we went back to the hostel to change our dress, but when we returne...

För den jag är

Unbelievable. Anna is already since 10 days gone. Or is it only 10 days? I lost my feeling for time. Everyday is full of experiences and activities. I cannot recall everything what I have done in the past two weeks. Many things are just small things which I appreciate a lot. But the last weekend was a highlight. We went with 12 people in three cars to a place called Vallbo near Åre. We started at half past 6 in the morning on Saturday. Although some of us did not sleep at all during the fromer night we walked almost 8 hours. And it was awesome. We walked through so many different landscapes. Wood, swamp, high gras, Tundra, stone desert, climbed up a mountain, walked crosswards through the wood, on a dead river... Overwhelming. I remembered pictures of New Zealand while we wandered through that panorama. The view was breathtaking. The weather changed quickly a few times. One we had even an ice shower. In the end of the day we stayed for dinner at a pension where we got selfmade soup, b...
