Rock On

I did not make much this week. I received an answer for my article topic. It is good, but I should focus on Decision Support Systems, because otherwise it would be too much. Decision Support Systems... the topic I wanted to scratch at last. I will go on Expert Systems pointing instead.
Thursday morning I rapidly made my swedish homework. I wrote a summary about "större dagsvärmare". The summary was about an article I found in a biological magazine called "Flora & Fauna". It said, that there were many butterflies last summer. Intersting. I recognized the same in end of July in Germany. I had bought my camera for Sweden and experimented with it in our garden when I noticed those uncommon insects.
In the evening started the new salsa course. Oh, it is even better than the first two courses. The steps are more fun, the atmosphere is more relaxed, the group has a nice size... I love it.
On friday I felt like going out. As nice the Nacksta-partys are, after 8 month you get used to it. Therefore we went out to town. For me the first time since weeks. First we went to Bishops Arm were I drunk my first German beer since august and afterwards we went to O'Learys. Again a first time since a long time ago. I checked it. I've been there the last time at the 9th of december. Curious, because it was really good! We danced until 3 in the morning and after some confusions at the taxi-point we made it home at half past 3.
Nevertheless I got up at 8 for my laundry. Joy does not release you from duty. According to rumors there will be a barbeque behind 18a at 2pm, but I don't really believe it. Anyway, I have to take some naps for recovering from the amaizing night. Life needs days like this.

Moin moin!
I think you at 8am at the laundry is a bad rumor! ;-)
Actually I know what I am talking about... Uli and me were getting some sun at that time there, comin home from the nice after party. You weren't there in time. Uli checked by calling Phil! ;-)
But yes, it was a very nice evening and we actually went pretty "early" to bed, so might be you were just a minute late ;-)...

Regards Ingen Aning
True, the alarm clock ringed at 8am, so I was a little bit later at the laundry. Nevertheless, I stood up, when you guys went to bed :P
See you later, Markus

Back to the places you will be from

The last day in Sweden went pretty well. After the morning I was finished with everything I had to fix. I brought back all my books to the library, picked up my copies of my diploma thesis, picked up the last stuff from my office, said good bye to Aron, changed my address at the Skatteverket, canceled my bank account and was back at Nacksta before 2pm. At 7pm I've been at Norrmalms and helped Marlies and Annemiek baking appelflappen . But I was rather useless than an effective support. Especially at half past 7 when my last Friends episode in Sweden started. The last for me. Since 8 I was sitting in the basement waiting for people. I do not know exactly when, but I think the first arrived at 9. And it was really nice. And I got the nicest present I could imagine. Well, I could not imagine it before! It is a memory game with pictures of all student from last semester. No picture is twice, so the game is about finding two different pictures of the same person. It even has a box title...

Vi ses

Almost a week past since my last entry. So it is time for a summary: Weekend: At weekend we got visitors from Östersund. I enjoyed meeting my friends again. We visited Sundsvall, cooked together and ate and drank. Weekend past to quickly for me. It was far too short. But next weekends will be revivals, too. Week: The week started annoying. Bureaucracy everywhere. Damn annoying. But at least i got a contract from Mittuniversitetet for my master, so i will stay enrolled here until end of january 2008. Now i have to tell Aachen about my plans. I hope they won't try to stop me. I would like to make my diploma there as well my master here. This week is the first week with free days. Tuesday and Thursday are/were free for me, because i had no lessons. But i still wonder how quick time passes. I remember my last year in Aachen and i did so many things on one day, always working, always in a hurry, but here... i don't know. At the end of day i just can count a view things i did during ...
